They are structural elements that form the floor slab in multi-storey or intermediate prefabricated structures such as hollow slabs. They provide carrying thanks to the side-by-side ribs. TT slabs with high carrying capacity can create high-strength floors for industrial machines.

They are generally used with 10 cm topping concrete.
